Follow the guidelines below when saving and naming your web files.
- Use all lowercase characters.
- Avoid using periods except for extension (ex. mypage.htm).
- Avoid using special characters (ex. ! @ # & ~).
- Avoid using spaces.
- Name your main page (entry page) index.cfm or index.html.
*Not all guidelines listed are necessary for all web servers & browsers, but are good file naming habits to avoid any potential conflicts.
