Whether you're a new student or employee, you'll need a few essentials before using the campus internet and email services. Here's how you get connected at Fitchburg State College.

Falcon Key

What is the Falcon Key?

Every user is provided with a Falcon Key -- which is your online ID and password. The Falcon Key gives you access to your email account, online courses and the library's online resources.

How do I receive a Falcon Key?

They are distributed to students in orientation packets and to faculty and staff through the Human Resources Office. You may call the Information Technology Help Desk at (978) 665-4500 if you have not received a Falcon Key.

OneCard

What is the OneCard?

All students and employees receive a OneCard, which is the campus ID card. It provides access to the library, residence halls, computer labs, meal plans, vending machines, and the Recreation Center. The OneCard is used as your identification when purchasing a campus parking permit. It can also be used to shop at local vendors.

How do I receive a OneCard?

They are distributed through the OneCard Office in the Conlon Building. Students have their OneCard photos taken during summer orientation, and may pick up the card during fall orientation. Employees can go to the OneCard Office to request a card during their first date of employment.
