Every Fitchburg State student, faculty and staff member is provided with a college email account. Please use email responsibly and in a manner that makes it an effective form of communication.
Student Email
To access your email via a web browser go to http://student.fsc.edu. Enter your Falcon Key username and password which you would have received at orientation. If you have forgotten your email password you will need to visit the Help Desk in person with proper identification in Conlon Building Room 236 (Campus Map).

Faculty/Staff Exchange Email
Faculty and staff can access their email account using Microsoft Outlook, Entourage or through a web browser at https://mymail.fsc.edu. For web access use your Falcon Key username and password for login. Adjunct faculty are eligible to receive a campus email account and can request one by completing the Email Request form.
