Pay your bill or make a payment online. Follow these easy steps!

- Go to http://web4.fsc.edu
(Pin number required)
- Enter Secure Area
- Log in using your ID# and password
- Click on Student Services & Financial Aid
- Click on Registration or Student Records
- Click on Make a Credit Card Payment
- Enter all required information
- Print final page for your records

if paying your fall bill on line you must submit your Health Insurance
