Student Accounts: Waive Health Insurance On-line
The waiver site is now closed for the semester.
To waive on-line go to: Fitchburg State College Aetna Student Health
- Click Student Connection
- Click Find your school
- Enter Fitchburg - Select
- Click enroll/waive to the left - enter all information required click submit. You must use your ID number including the "@" to login.
Important: You will not receive an updated bill when the waiver is submitted. Please deduct the charge from the bill you have.
You must compete a waiver on-line. Additionally, if a waiver is not completed you will be required to purchase the plan through Fitchburg State College.
