Student Accounts: Waive Health Insurance On-line
To waive on-line go to: University Health Plans
Click Fitchburg State College
Click: The waive button
Enter student ID (including @ sign) and all required information. Confirmation of submission will be provided.
Important: You will not receive an updated bill when the waiver is submitted. Please deduct the $1017 charge from the bill you have.
You must compete a waiver on-line. Additionally, if a waiver is not completed you will be required to purchase the plan through Fitchburg State College.
* Please note students are charged in the fall for the full year, if you were not 9 or more credits in the fall or you are an incoming student you are required to waive or purchase the insurance for the spring.
