Dean Fuller begins his 24th season this winter as head coach of the Falcons. He has built and guided a Falcon program, which has earned a reputation as one of the top in New England. In Fuller's first 23 years, Fitchburg has advanced to the postseason every year and his 390 victories are among the best all-time in college hockey.   Ten times the Falcons have played for the conference championship. FSC has emerged victorious four times in the title tilt under Fuller.

Dean Fuller has been a major part of Fitchburg State Hockey since 1978. He was an outstanding player for the Falcons for four seasons before taking over the helm in 1984. Prior to being named head coach, Fuller served as an assistant under coach Jim Gorman.

A teacher at Fitchburg High School, Fuller lives in Fitchburg with his wife Sue. He has a nineteen year-old son Matt, sixteen year old twins, Chris and Amy and two step-children, Angela and Andrew.
