Meeting and Event Planning Guide
The Campus Center serves as the community center for Fitchburg
State students, faculty, staff, alumni and conference guests.
There are a variety of meeting rooms and event spaces for
student organizations, departmental meetings or functions,
and community sponsored events. Some rooms have flexible meetings
setup, while others have a permanent conference setup. The
Campus Center employs students to arrange all rooms for events
and meeting, including the setup of media equipment used.
Reservation Process
The Campus Center Office is responsible for scheduling the student rooms in the Hammond Building

for assisting with scheduling for student clubs and organizations.
