Registrar: Degree Evaluation

The Degree Evaluation program is designed to show where courses you take fit into your academic program. Along with your Advisor, this tool can be a great help in making your path to graduation day an easier one to follow. Below are some links you can click on to find out more information on Degree Evaluation.   (Note: Currently degree evaluations are only available for undergraduate programs.  Graduate degree evaluations are under construction and coming soon.)


Instructions for running your major degree evaluation
These are the instructions on how to run a standard evaluation for your current major. For those of you with two majors, run one of these for your first major and a "What-If-Analysis" for the second major.

These are the instructions on how to run an evaluation for a major you are thinking about going into. This is also how to run an evaluation for a second major.

Degree Evaluation Adjustment Form
If a course does not appear in the LAS area you thought it would, you can fill out this form and click the Submit button. This sends the form to the Registrar's Office where they will review your request and make the appropriate changes if allowable by college guidelines. Please enter your email address so that a response can be sent to you if any issues with your request are found. Most requests will be processed within two weeks.
