Recreation Services: Facilities / Operations
Opened in the Fall of 2000, the $12 million dollar Recreation Center
provides an outlet for the FSC community to clear their mind, stay
in shape and recharge their spirit.
The Recreation Center also fills a longstanding campus need for
a facility that can handle large-scale events. The
new center seats up to 2,000. The building is a key ingredient
of the college-city collaborative effort to rebuild North Street,
the college's link with downtown Fitchburg.
