Foreign Air Travel-Grants
Advance Planning
When you travel under a grant, you must obtain any required sponsor
approval before leaving for your trip. Additionally, some sponsored
agreements may require you to travel on US flag carriers. Consult
with the Grant Office, since the approval process for foreign travel
varies among Sponsoring Agencies.
Foreign Travel Advisories
You should not travel to countries for which a travel advisory
has been issued by the State Department. You may access the list
of current advisories through the following web site: http://travel.state.gov/travel_warnings.html.
