Full-Page Form Logo
For use at the top of all external, and some
internal full page forms. External forms are forms that
are filled out by the public and students. Internal forms
are ones that are used by College employees only. USE
AS ACTUAL SIZE. The name of the form is normally
right justified in all caps in 9 pt Helvetica. All forms
should use Helvetica at 9 point for their copy. The line
length is 45p or 7.5in.
Partial-Page Form Logo
Used the same way as full-page forms but if
the form size is smaller than a full page this smaller logo
(with the same thickness line) is used. USE
AS ACTUAL SIZE! This logo should not be resized!
To fit narrower forms crop the rule off from the right to
be the width of the line length (area with the copy).
