Institutional Research

The Office of Institutional Research is responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of institutional information. The Director also serves as a resource to other campus administrative and academic units in matters related to external reporting/compliance and internal assessment of institutional effectiveness.

The Director serves as the liaison to the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education for issues related to the HEIRS II data reporting system and the Performance Measurement System. Institutional Research coordinates completion of all surveys required under the IPEDS federal reporting system. The Office also responds to external requests for aggregated data from public agencies, commercial and not-for-profit entities, and other educational institutions.
