Strategic Planning: Long Range Planning Initiatives

It is proposed that the Planning Council develop a long range plan
for the college that will include the following elements:
- Enrollment Management (including plans for student recruitment,
retention, and advising)
- Academic Quality (including plans for program development and
assessment)
- Utilization of Campus Resources (including plans for space utilization,
budget prioritization, and relationship with the larger Fitchburg
community)
- Technology Development (including recommended technology standards,
service, and faculty and staff development)
- Implementation of "One-College Concept" (including plans to
minimize distinctions between day and evening programs and services
from the perspective of the student)
- Quality of Student Life (including the integration of academic
and co-curricular student development)
