To be approved for Meeting the Challenge Scholarship funding, you must submit this electronic pre-registration form by the date indicated on the CURRENT SCHOLARS page. After you receive email notification from the MTC staff that you are "approved for registration," you must then register with the Office of the Registrar on-line, via phone, mail, fax or walk in.
