DEADLINE MEANS THE TIME THE IMAGE IS READY TO SEND TO THE PRINTER.
If shooting digital, allow for a minimum of two hours BEFORE DEADLINE for downloading, editing, image file preparation and burning to a CD (if necessary for transport to the printer).
If not shooting digital, add the time it takes to get your film or slides processed, plus a minimum of two hours BEFORE DEADLINE in the Graphics Lab to edit the images, scan the accepted image(s), and prepare the file for printing.

Start the Raster software and drop the finished files in the Hot Folder before sending to the printer. Both are on the Mac desktop.

To be printed at Creative, a photo must be approved and its image file prepared to specifications and burned onto a CD-rom by the photo deadline. Printing will occur at Creative on Friday afternoon for team members at large. Only the women's Pro1/2 Downtown Criterium will be printed on Monday.

File downloading, negative scanning, and printing in the FSC photo lab will occur throughout the project during open lab hours (Thursday-Sunday, 8:00am-9:00pm). Each shooter is guaranteed ONE image in the show. The earlier you come back with photos, the better your chance of having additional images in the final exhibit.
