Students may obtain a voicemail account by completing the Voice Mail Request Form.
What is the default security code for setting up my voicemail?
Enter 0000 when prompted. If the system tells you that the password is incorrect, use 1234.
How do I get my messages from my on-campus telephone?
Dial 3000. You will be prompted to enter your mailbox number and then your security code. If you are in a single unit dorm room, you will only need to enter your security code.
How do I get my messages from off campus?
Dial 978-665-3000 and press the * (star) key when the message begins. You will be prompted to enter your mailbox number and then your security code.
