Courses:
ART:2500: Art and Culture Abroad: Spain
Students will learn about the history and culture of southern Spain through visits to important landmarks such as the Alhambra Palace, the Alcazar, and the Cathedral in Grenada. Emphasis will be placed on contemporary problems and social customs in Spain. This course will be taught in English. Specially scheduled class meetings will take place during the spring semester and travel will take place during Spring Break. Fulfills ART, GD requirements

Students will stay in hotels as they travel.
Excursions:
Schedule to include walking tour of Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and the Prado Museum in Madrid; walking tours of cathedrals, synagogues and ancient ruins in Toledo and Cordoba; tour of the Alhambra in Granada; walking tour of Plaza Espana, the cathedrals, Barrio Santa Cruz in Sevilla and much, much more!
