| The Human Resources Department at Fitchburg
State University is dedicated to providing our staff and faculty
with a professional and collegial work environment. The Human
Resources Department provides many employment and professional
development services to our staff. The Human Resources
office accepts and processes all position applications
at the university and serves as a conduit to the Human Resources Compensation Management System (HRCMS)
as established by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Human Resources Department is staffed by Jessica
L. Murdoch - Assistant Vice President of Human Resources & Payroll Services, Susan Doray - Human Resources Generalist and Benefits Administrator, Jossy Brack - Human Resources
Assistant, Kelli Paynter - Human Resources Assistant and Donna May - Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources office
is located in the Sanders Administration Building. Our office
hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Fitchburg State University is a founding member of the New England Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (NE-HERC). The university is one of many other New England universities to support the efforts of our member institutions to recruit and retain outstanding faculty, administrators, and staff through the sharing of information and resources.
The goal of NE-HERC is to develop and promote a collaborative employment website for faculty and staff positions at member institutions in New England. As well as promote awareness of the New England Higher Education Recruitment Consortium.
