Summer Conference Housing
Fitchburg State College

Fitchburg State College, located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts,
is a four-year residential college. During the summer our
residential and dining facilities are available for use by
groups and organizations who are hosting events in the north-central
Massachusetts area. Our conference season begins early June
and continues through the first week of August. Housing and Residential Services coordinates summer conferences – and
can help groups arrange for housing and meal services, as
well as scheduling the use of meeting rooms and other campus
and community services.
Housing on campus is located in the residence halls, which
typically are double occupancy rooms in a suite arrangement
of 4 – 6 rooms that share a suite bath and lounge. Also
available in the halls are large lounges for meetings or social
events and laundry facilities. We can accommodate groups both
large and small, with approximately 1000 beds available for
summer conferences.
Meal service is provided by Chartwells' Dining Services. Chartwells
provides a regular meal schedule with a variety of menu options
in our cafeteria as part of it’s "all-you-can-eat"
meal package, but can also accommodate special dietary or
scheduling needs. For special occasions, Chartwells’
catering service can assist your group with planning an event
for your group or conference, such as a barbeque or ice cream
social.
