FSC Health Services provides free confidential care to all full-time undergraduate and graduate students.  The student health fee covers the cost of visits other than physical exams and immunizations.  All students will be seen regardless of the type of health insurance that they carry.   The costs incurred for medications, x-rays, diagnostic workups, referrals to specialis are the responsibility of the student. It is imporant that the student understands their own insurance plan and its possible limitations.

FSC Health Services offers the students the following services:

  • Ambulatory Care
  • Care of acute illness and injury
  • Evaluation, treatment and/or referrals as needed
  • Immunizations routinely available include: tetanus-diphtheria (Td), measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B and Influenza vaccines
  • Tuberculin skin testing (PPD)
  • Health education and health promotion
  • Women's health care, such as, breast exams, gynecologic exams, and contraception, pregnancy tests
  • Men's health care
  • STD checks, HIV testing

When You Need To Be Seen:

FSC Health Services provides free confidential care to all full-time undergraduate and graduate students.  The student health fee covers the cost of visits other than physical exams and immunizations.  All students will be seen regardless of the type of health insurance that they carry.   The costs incurred for medications, x-rays, diagnostic workups are the responsibility of the student

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment which can be scheduled by calling 978-665-3216. Usually the student can be seen the same day or within 24 hours; but if the student can not be seen in the clinic that day, he/she will be referred to Urgent Care at Burbank Hospital, Fitchburg, or the Emergency Room at Health Alliance Hospital in Leominster. If student does not have transportation to the emergency facility, Health Services will facilitate. If a student has an emergency after 4:30 p.m., the student should  call Campus Police at 978-665-3111 for assistance.
