This office is the center of the department for processing all
administrative requirements such as, requests for information, correspondence,
work requests, budget items and key requests.
Campus Recycling Program
Fitchburg State College is dedicated to the preservation of our
natural resources. To this end, recycling bins
for paper and computer paper have been clearly
identified and placed in strategic locations throughout the campus.
The College also recycles printer cartridges and copier
toner cartridges. From the smallest HP cartridge to the
big LaserJet and copier cartridges, we collect them all. Just put
them into the box that your new one came out of, and send them to
Materials Management, formerly known as Receiving, in Anthony.
The Recycling Program is coordinated by the Materials Management
Department.
Hazardous Materials Disposal
Of prime concern to us all, for health and safety reasons, is the
proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Space in the
Materials Management Department has been designated as the Hazardous
Materials Collection Point, where they will be disposed of appropriately.
Please call Materials Management at x3206 to arrange for pickup
of your hazardous materials.
