Admissions: Online Application for Graduate Admission

This online application contains 3 pages. After completing the application and submitting the final page you will receive a page that you can print out for your records. The final submission of the application sends your information directly to admissions. For questions or problems regarding the online application please email the Admissions Office.

The application fee is $25.00, $50.00 for International students. The final page after you submit the application will tell you where to mail your application fee. If you are an International Student, please fill out the Supplemental Admission (PDF).
