Expanding Horizons
Expanding Horizons is a student support services
program designed to promote the academic success of FSC students
who are from low income backgrounds, families where neither parent
has received a baccalaureate degree, and / or students with disabilities.
Students must also demonstrate an academic need for the program
such as having a low high school or college GPA, or SAT scores or
placing into developmental courses. Non-traditional students and those with a 2.5 minimum GPA requirement for their major may
also qualify. To be considered for membership in EHP, students must
complete an application and an interview with the EHP team.
Below please find a link to the application for the Expanding Horizons
Program for students wishing to enroll in the program beginning
Fall, 2007. Students are required to be accepted for enrollment
and deposited to Fitchburg State College prior to being considered
for the Expanding Horizons Program.
