Completion of this form DOES NOT REGISTER YOU INTO COURSES!!! This form is to notify the Building Careers grant staff that you would like to take the course(s) you list above. The grant staff will send you an e-mail when it is time to register.
To be approved for Building Careers Scholarship funding, you must submit this electronic pre-registration. After you receive email notification from the Building Careers staff that you are "approved for registration," you must then register with the Office of the Registrar on-line, phone, mail, fax or walk in; please go to: Graduate and Continuing Education: Registration.
