| How do I apply
for a Banner account? |
When you start your
new position at the college, you will be asked to fill
out an application for a Banner account.
Once your account paperwork has been authorized by the
contact for your area, it will be forwarded to IT Core Services
and your account will be built.

the authorization of securities for different administrative
and academic areas.

my Banner password? |
The password change
form is GUAPSWD.

| What to do if
you forget your Banner password? |
If you forget your
Banner password, you can send an email to bannersec@fsc.edu.
Please include the following information:
userid: jsmith
instance: PROD, FSCT, etc.
phone number so a member of the IT
staff can contact you to confirm the information and
give you your new password.

| How do I make
a change to my Banner securities? |
Your department supervisor
may request a change in your Banner account through
your contact person and the change(s) will be sent to
IT Core Services for implementation.

| What if I want to practice using Banner? |
Navigate to http://banner.fsc.edu and check the righthand menu for availablility (notices will be posted when they are unavailable), test environments are listed towards the bottom |
