AmeriCulture Arts Program

The AmeriCulture Arts Program serves as well as challenges the local, regional and national community by providing a variety of visual and performance art created to serve one central issue that has an impact on American culture. This year's theme is: Celebrating our Differences: The Gift of Diversity.  Our society is composed of people, none of whom are exactly the same. We differ from one another in our heritage, education, abilities, our likes and dislikes, and our strengths and weaknesses. Join the AmeriCulture Arts Program as we explore those differences through theater, music and visual art.

This issue-based program will serve to thematically focus the various FSC, regional and national artists, in a collaborative process, on creating artistic experiences that engage, entertain, educate and establish an environment where both audience and artist are enriched by the outcome. A primary goal of the program is to examine the implications of such an issue through the communicative nature of the arts and seek out possible solutions through community interaction. It is a celebratory process.
